Situated in the County of Portage in the State of Ohio and in the Township of Rootstown:
Being a portion of Lot #14, Rootstown Township, Portage County, Ohio, and bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the centerline of Cook Road (C.H. 107); said point being N. 58 deg. 16' 30" W. a distance of 2018.00 feet along said centerline from the intersection of said centerline with the centerline of New Milford Road (C.H. 31); thence continuing N. 58 deg. 16' 30" W. along said centerline a distance of 142.09 feet to a point; thence N. 13 deg. 07' E. a distance of 509.54 feet to an iron pipe in the North line of the lot and passing over an iron pipe at 31.66 feet from the road center; thence S. 89 deg. 06' 30" E. along the lot line a distance of 49.12 feet to an iron pipe; thence S. 4 deg. 24' W. a distance of 571.86 feet to the place of beginning and passing over an iron pipe at 33.76 feet from the road center and containing 1.110 acres, more or less. Surveyed in November 1986 by James W. Bowen, R.S. 4389.

Said Premises Appraised at $85,000.00 and cannot be sold for less than two-thirds of that amount.
TERMS OF SALE: Cash.
A deposit of 10% of your bid, cash or check, payable to the Portage County Sheriff is required at the time the bid is accepted. The balance of Purchase Price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date of sale.
The parcel described herein is subject to the Portage County Standards Governing the Conveyance of Real Property, effective July 1, 1998. If this parcel is required to be re-surveyed to meet these standards, such resurvey is the responsibility of the successful bidder at Sheriffs sale.
