Thence S. 00 degrees 30' 00" W. and along the East line of said lot and the centerline of Industry Road a distance of 1778.80 feet to the point of intersection of said East line and centerline of Laubert Road; thence N. 83 degrees 22' 30" W. and along said centerline a distance of 231.31 feet to the true place of beginning for the tract of land being herein described; thence continuing N. 83 degrees 22' 30" W. along said centerline a distance of 251.42 feet to a point; thence N. 00 degrees 30' 00" E. and parallel to the East line of said Lot 11 a distance of 332.71 feet to a point; thence S. 88 degrees 51' 12" E. and parallel to the North line of said Lot 11 a distance of 250 feet to a point; thence S. 00 degrees 30' 00" W. and parallel to the East line of said Lot 11 a distance of 356.72 feet to the true place of beginning and containing 1.978 acres of land as surveyed by Buckeye Surveying, Nick Guerriere Registered Surveyor #5844.

A deposit of 10% of your bid, cash or check, payable to the Portage County Sheriff is required at the time the bid is accepted. The balance of Purchase Price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date of sale.
