Situated in the Township of Franklin, County of Portage and State of Ohio:
And known as being part of Lot 39 in Franklin Township and further described as follows:
Beginning at the grantor's Northwest corner in the centerline of Brady Lake Road and being N. 66 deg. 00' 45" E., 1,337.30 feet from an iron rod at the intersection of said road centerline with the centerline of Merrill Road; thence N. 66 deg. 00' 45" E., 75.00 feet along the centerline of Brady Lake Road to the Northwest corner of land now or formerly owned by B. R. & G. O'Shields; thence S. 2 deg. 39' 29" E., 258.11 feet to O'Shields' Southwest corner and passing over an iron pipe 21.37 feet from the road center; thence S. 66 deg. 00' 45" W., 60.00 feet along the Northerly line of J. & E. Wyatt to an iron pipe at the grantor's Southwest corner; thence the following 3 courses and distances along the grantor's West property line; N. 3 deg. 22' E. 69.34 feet to an iron pipe, N. 15 deg. 39' W., 112.07 feet to an iron pipe and N. 0 deg. 22' 38" E., 74.60 feet to the beginning and passing over an iron pipe 21.96 feet from the road center.
Containing 0.367 of an acre of land, be the same more or less but subject to all legal highways, as described and mapped from records in July, 1994 by Edward J. Collier, Registered Surveyor No. 7141.

A deposit of 10% of your bid, cash or check, payable to the Portage County Sheriff is required at the time the bid is accepted. The balance of Purchase Price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date of sale.
