And known as being part of Lot No. 78, township, county and state aforesaid and more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a marked stone found at the centerline intersection of Infirmary Road (Highway No. 164) and Webb Road (Highway No. 204); thence South 71 degrees 30' West along the centerline of said Highway No. 204 (Webb Road) for a distance of 2,075.42 feet to an iron pipe which marks the true place of beginning of the following described parcel of land; thence North 18 degrees 30' West (at right angles to the centerline of Highway No. 204 and passing over an iron pipe set 30.00 feet Northwardly from the centerline of Highway No. 204) for a distance of 140.00 feet to an iron pipe; thence South 71 degrees 30' West for a distance of 200.00 feet to an iron pipe; thence South 18 degrees 30' East (and passing over an iron pipe set 30.00 feet Northwardly from the centerline of Highway No. 204) for a distance of 140.00 feet to an iron pipe in the centerline of Highway No. 204; thence North 71 degrees 30' East along the centerline of Highway No. 204 for a distance of 200.00 feet to the true place of beginning and found to contain 0.643 acres of land as surveyed by Luciaus F. Converse, Serial No. 1199, October, 1952.
