And known as being part of Lot 6, Subdivision 1, S.W. in Edinburg Township and further described as follows:
Starting at the Northeast corner of Lot 6 which is also the intersection of the centerline of Giddings Road with the centerline of State Route 183; thence South 0 deg. 58' 22" East 180.00 feet along the centerline of State Route 183; thence South 89 deg. 14' 16" West 30.00 feet to the West line of State Route 183; thence South 0 deg. 58' 22" East 447.00 feet along the West line of State Route 183 to an iron pipe and being the true place of beginning; thence South 0 deg. 58' 22" East 226.50 feet along the West line of State Route 183 to an iron pipe; thence South 89 deg. 01' 38" West 976.17 feet to an iron pipe; thence North 0 deg. 45' 44" West 226.50 feet to an iron pipe; thence North 89 deg. 01' 38" East 975.33 feet to the true place of beginning. Containing 5.074 acres of land, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways, as surveyed in April, 1995 by Edward J. Collier, Registered Surveyor #7141.
Said Premises Located at 3301 State Route 183, Edinburg, OH 44201.
Said Premises Appraised at $150,000.00 and cannot be sold for less than two-thirds of that amount.
TERMS OF SALE: Cash.
A deposit of 10% of your bid, cash or check, payable to the Portage County Sheriff is required at the time the bid is accepted. The balance of Purchase Price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date of sale.
The parcel described herein is subject to the Portage County Standards Governing the Conveyance of Real Property, effective July 1, 1998. If this parcel is required to be re-surveyed to meet these standards, such resurvey is the responsibility of the successful bidder at Sheriffs sale.
