Beginning at a point at the Northwesterly corner of said Lot 36 at the intersection of the centerlines of S.R. 303, Hudson-Braceville Road and S.R. 44, Painesville-Ravenna Road; thence S. 01 deg. 01' 42" E., along the Westerly line of Lot 36 and centerline of S.R. 44 a distance of 422.57 feet to a point; thence N. 88 deg. 48' 48" E., a distance of 99.02 feet to a point in the Easterly line of S.R. 44 at the Southwesterly corner of land now or formerly owned by B. D. & L. I. Shaffer which marks the true place of beginning for the following described parcel of land; thence continuing N. 88 deg. 48' 48" E., along the Southerly line of said now or formerly Shaffer a distance of 1171.45 feet to an iron pipe in the Westerly line of now or formerly The Board of Township Trustees; thence S. 02 deg. 34' 46" E., along the Westerly line of said now or formerly Trustees a distance of 325.10 feet to a point; thence S. 88 deg. 48' 48" W., a distance of 1180.25 feet to a point in the Easterly line of S. R. 44; thence N. 01 deg. 01' 42" W., along the Easterly line of S.R. 44 a distance of 325.00 feet to the true place of beginning, containing 8.773 acres of land, more or less, as surveyed March 9, 1977, by Albert Szuch, Registered Surveyor No. 5398.

Being Parcel Number R-44 in the reversion of the right of way of State Route 44 as recorded in Plat 91-32 of the Portage County Records.
Said Premises Located at 9046 State Route 44, Ravenna, OH 44266.
Said Premises Appraised at $150,000.00 and cannot be sold for less than two-thirds of that amount.
TERMS OF SALE: Cash.
A deposit of 10% of your bid, cash or check, payable to the Portage County Sheriff is required at the time the bid is accepted. The balance of Purchase Price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date of sale.
The parcel described herein is subject to the Portage County Standards Governing the Conveyance of Real Property, effective July 1, 1998. If this parcel is required to be re-surveyed to meet these standards, such resurvey is the responsibility of the successful bidder at Sheriffs sale.
