Commencing at the Southwest corner of land of John Lloyd, said place of beginning being in the West line of said lot, and 6 rods South from the Northwest corner thereof; thence East along the South line of said Lloyd's land 13 1/3 rods to the South East corner thereof; thence North along the East line of said Lloyd's land 6 rods to the North line of said lot; thence East along the North line of said lot 38 2/3 rods to the Northwest corner of land of Lloyd Posey; thence South along the West line of said Posey's land to an angle in said line 20 rods; thence West along the North line of said Posey's land 52 rods to the West line of said lot; thence North on the West line of said lot 14 rods to the place of beginning and containing 6 acres of land.

Beginning at a point in the Westerly line of Deerfield Township at the intersection of the Northwesterly corner of said Lot 99 and centerline of C.H. 125, Alliance Road; thence S. 89 deg. 29' 54" E. along the Northerly line of said Lot 99 a distance of 220.00 feet to an iron pipe found at the Northeasterly corner of land now owned by Gary E. Collins (as recorded in Volume 909, Page 263 of the Portage County Record of Deeds) which marks the true place of beginning for the following described parcel of land; thence continuing S. 89 deg. 29' 54" E. along the Northerly line of Lot 99 a distance of 638.00 feet to an iron pipe found at a Northwesterly corner of land now owned by R.J. & M.J. Walters (as recorded in Volume 950, Page 331 of the Portage County Records of Deeds); thence South along the said Westerly line of Walters a distance of 99.00 feet to an iron rod set; thence N. 89 deg. 29' 54" W. a distance of 638.00 feet to an iron pipe found at the Southeasterly corner of the aforementioned Collins; thence North along the Easterly line of said Collins a distance of 99.00 feet to the true place of beginning, containing 1.449 acres of land, more or less, as surveyed September 30, 1981 by Al Szuch & Associates, Registered Surveyor No. 5398, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

A deposit of 10% of your bid, cash or check, payable to the Portage County Sheriff is required at the time the bid is accepted. The balance of Purchase Price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date of sale.
