Beginning in the North line of Lot 31, which is also in the centerline of C.H. 177 (Newton Falls Road) West, 100.00 feet from the Northeast corner of Lot 31; thence South 0 deg. 30' East, parallel to the East line of Lot 31 (passing over an iron pipe at 30.00 feet) 300.00 feet to an iron pipe; thence West 145.20 feet to an iron pipe; thence North 0 deg. 30' West (passing over an iron pipe at 270.00 feet) 300.00 feet to the North line of Lot 31 and centerline of C.H. 177; thence East along the North line of Lot 31 and centerline of C.H. 177, 145.20 feet to the place of beginning and containing 1.000 acre of land, as surveyed in April 1963 by Leo E. A deposit of 10% of your bid, cash or check, payable to the Portage County Sheriff is required at the time the bid is accepted. The balance of Purchase Price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date of sale.

If this parcel is required to be re-surveyed to meet these standards, such resurvey is the responsibility of the successful bidder at Sheriffs sale.
