Beginning at an iron pipe found in the centerline of Nichols Road CH 225, 60 feet wide, at the Southeast corner of said Lot 41; thence along the centerline of Nichols Road and Easterly line of said Lot 41 North 00 deg. 37 min. 00 sec. West a distance of 200.00 feet to a point and the true place of beginning for this parcel of land; thence South 89 deg. 23 min. 00 sec. West a distance of 535.00 feet to an iron rod set and passing over an iron rod set at a distance of 30.00 feet; thence parallel to the centerline of Nichols Road and the Easterly line of said Lot 41 North 00 deg. 37 min. 00 sec. West a distance of 200.00 feet to an iron rod set; thence North 89 deg. 23 min. 00 sec. East, a distance of 535.00 feet to a point in the centerline of Nichols Road and Easterly line of Lot 41 and passing over an iron rod set at a distance of 30.00 feet from said point; thence along the centerline of Nichols Road and Easterly line of Lot 41 South 00 deg. 37 min. 00 sec. East a distance of 200.00 feet to the true place of beginning and containing 2.4564 acres of land be the same more or less.
