In pursuance of an Order of Sale in the above entitled action, I will offer for sale at public auction, "on the 3rd Floor of the Courthouse, in the Hon. Joseph R. Kainrads Courtroom in Ravenna, in the above named County, on Monday, February 9, 2004, at 1:00 P.M., the following described real estate, situated in the County of Portage and the State of Ohio, and in the City of Streetsboro to-wit:

And known as being Unit No. 22 in Building G in Bristol Lane Condominium as shown by the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Volume 25, Page 873 and by the drawings recorded in Plat 95-33; and as amended by the 1st Amendment to Bristol Lane Condominium recorded in Plat 95-54 as amended by the 2nd Amendment to Bristol Lane Condominium to reduce to total number of units to 50 and to revise the schedule of percentage of interest recorded in Volume 75, Page 186; as amended by the 3rd Amendment to Bristol Lane Condominium recorded in Plat 96-8; as amended by the 4th Amendment to Bristol Lane Condominium recorded in Plat 96-31; as amended by the 5th Amendment to Bristol Lane Condominium recorded in Plat 96-62 of Portage County Records, and having a undivided 1.86% interest in said condominium, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

Said Premises Located at 927 Bristol Lane, Streetsboro, OH 44241.

Said Premises Appraised at $128,000.00 and cannot be sold for less than two-thirds of that amount.

TERMS OF SALE: Cash.

A deposit of 10% of your bid, cash or check, payable to the Portage County Sheriff is required at the time the bid is accepted. The balance of Purchase Price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date of sale.

The parcel described herein is subject to the Portage County Standards Governing the Conveyance of Real Property, effective July 1, 1998. If this parcel is required to be re-surveyed to meet these standards, such resurvey is the responsibility of the successful bidder at Sheriffs sale. Copies of the Conveyance Standards are available for inspection at the offices of the County Auditor and County Engineer.
