Beginning at an iron pin found marking the intersection of the centerlines of the Water Street and Liberty Street; thence S. 69 deg. 33' 34" W., along the centerline of Water Street, 842.82 feet to a point; thence S. 20 deg. 22' 20" E., 30.00 feet to an iron pipe, The True Place of Beginning for the following described premises; thence S. 20 deg. 22' 20" E., 200.45 feet to an iron pipe; thence N. 69 deg. 33' 34" E., 220.00 feet to an iron pipe; thence S. 19 deg. 57' E., following an exiting fence, 457.57 feet to a point in Silver Creek, (witnessed by an iron pin 30.00' @ N. 19 deg. 57' W.); thence along the thread of Silver Creek (per J. Beginning at an iron pin found marking the intersection of the centerlines of Water Street and Liberty Street; thence S. 69 degrees 33' 34" W., along the centerline of Water Street, 692.82 feet to a point; thence S. 20 degrees 22' 20" E., 30.00 feet to an iron pipe, the True Point of Beginning for the following described premises; thence N. 69 degrees 33' 34" E., along the Southerly line of Water Street, 70.00 feet to a point (witnessed by an iron pipe 0.65' SE); thence S. 20 degrees 22' 20" E., 200.45 feet to an existing iron pipe; thence S. 69 degrees 33' 34" W., 70.00 feet to an iron pipe; thence N. 20 degrees 22' 20" W., 200.45 feet to the True Point of Beginning and containing 0.3221 acres of land as surveyed in July 1996 by Donald D. Harvey, Reg. Surveyor No. 4412.

The above described lands consists of the Westerly 60 feet of Village Lot No. 126 and 10' added to the West and 14.45' added to the South.

A deposit of 10% of your bid, cash or check, payable to the Portage County Sheriff is required at the time the bid is accepted. The balance of Purchase Price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date of sale.
