Situated in the Township of Freedom, County of Portage and State of Ohio:
Being a parcel of land located in Lot 57, Freedom Township, Portage County, State of Ohio and being further described as follows:
Commencing at the Northeasterly corner of Lot 57; thence North 85 deg. 08' West along the Northerly line of Lot 57, a total distance of 891.00 feet to an iron pin found at the intersection of said lot line and the centerline of Freedom Road (C.H. 211); thence South 6 deg. 16' West along the centerline of Freedom Road (C.H. 211), a total distance of 630.00 feet to a road nail set on said centerline, said point being the true place of beginning for this survey; thence continuing South 6 deg. 15' West along the centerline of Freedom Road (C.H. 211), a distance of 100.00 feet to a road nail set on said centerline; thence North 85 deg. 41' West along a line running through the grantors property and passing over an iron pin set at 30.02 feet, a distance of 896.93 feet to an iron pin set on the Easterly property line of land now or formerly owned by M. Gibson; thence North 4 deg. 53' East along the Easterly property line of land now or formerly owned by M. Gibson, a distance of 9.95 feet to an iron pin on said line; thence South 85 deg. 41' East along a line running through the grantors property and passing over an iron pin set at 30.02 feet from the centerline of Freedom Road (C.H. 211), a distance of 899.32 feet to the true place of beginning for this survey and containing 2.061 acres of land, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

Said Premises Appraised at $120,000.00 and cannot be sold for less than two-thirds of that amount.
TERMS OF SALE: Cash.
A deposit of 10% of your bid, cash or check, payable to the Portage County Sheriff is required at the time the bid is accepted. The balance of Purchase Price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date of sale.
The parcel described herein is subject to the Portage County Standards Governing the Conveyance of Real Property, effective July 1, 1998. If this parcel is required to be re-surveyed to meet these standards, such resurvey is the responsibility of the successful bidder at Sheriffs sale. Copies of the Conveyance Standards are available for inspection at the offices of the County Auditor and County Engineer.
