In pursuance of an Order of Sale in the above entitled action, I will offer for sale at public auction, "on the 3rd Floor of the Courthouse, in the Hon. Joseph R. Kainrads Courtroom in Ravenna, in the above named County, on Monday, November 24, 2003, at 1:00 P.M., the following described real estate, situated in the County of Portage and the State of Ohio, and in the Village of Garrettsville to-wit:

And known as being a part of Original Hiram Township Lot No. 36 and more particularly known as a part of Subdivision No. 9 according to Cole's survey as recorded in Portage County Plat Book 2, Pg. 7 and bounded and described as follows:

Commencing at an iron pipe in the West line of North Street, distant 588.10 feet N. 0 deg. 03' E., from the South line of said Original Lot No. 36, which point is on the Northerly line of a street deeded by Lysle and Olga Harris to the Village of Garrettsville; 1. thence N. 89 deg. 57' W., and along the line of said street, 199.96 feet to an iron pipe, which is the principal (sic) place of beginning for the lands herein described; 2. thence N. 0 deg. 03' E., 117.79 feet to an iron pipe; 3. thence N. 88 deg. 45' W., 75 feet to an iron pipe in the Easterly line of lands now or recently owned by Harbison-Walker Refractories Company; 4. thence S. 0 deg. 03' W., 119.36 feet to an iron pipe in the Northerly line of said street; 5. thence S. 89 deg. 57' E., 75 feet to the principal place of beginning and containing 0.204 acres of land, and being further known as Lot No. 14 as shown by recorded Survey No. 2029, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

A deposit of 10% of your bid, cash or check, payable to the Portage County Sheriff is required at the time the bid is accepted. The balance of Purchase Price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date of sale.

The parcel described herein is subject to the Portage County Standards Governing the Conveyance of Real Property, effective July 1, 1998. If this parcel is required to be re-surveyed to meet these standards, such resurvey is the responsibility of the successful bidder at Sheriffs sale. Copies of the Conveyance Standards are available for inspection at the offices of the County Auditor and County Engineer.
