In pursuance of an Order of Sale in the above entitled action, I will offer for sale at public auction, "on the 3rd Floor of the Courthouse, in the Hon. Joseph R. Kainrads Courtroom in Ravenna, in the above named County, on Monday, November 24, 2003, at 1:00 P.M., the following described real estate, situated in the County of Portage and the State of Ohio, and in the Township of Hiram to-wit:

Situated in the Township of Hiram, County of Portage and State of Ohio and located in Lot 37, Hiram Township, Portage County, Ohio and bounded and described as follows:

Beginning at the intersection of the centerlines of Thrasher Road (TH-283) and Twinsburg-Warren Raod (SR82); 1. thence South 75 degrees 34' East, along the centerline of SR82, 155.02 feet to a point, the Northwest corner of lands now owned by A.D. & C.B. Olin and the Pollock Family Trust; 2. thence South 1 degree, 33' 42" West, over an iron pipe found at 59.62 feet, along the West line of said Olin, et al., 789.52 feet to an iron pipe found; 3. thence North 88 degrees 32' 26" West, 149.90 feet to an iron pipe found at a corner of said Olin, et al.; 4. thence North 1 degree 29' 02" East, along the East line of lands now owned by the Robert Carlisle Estates, and along the East line of lands now owned by P.J. Edic & S. M. Guzik, over iron pins found at 224.09 feet and 790.90 feet, 824.78 feet to the point of beginning and containing 2.7877 acres of land as surveyed in June 2000 by Donald D. Harvey, Registered Surveyor No. 4112, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

TERMS OF SALE: Cash.

A deposit of 10% of your bid, cash or check, payable to the Portage County Sheriff is required at the time the bid is accepted. The balance of Purchase Price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date of sale.

The parcel described herein is subject to the Portage County Standards Governing the Conveyance of Real Property, effective July 1, 1998. If this parcel is required to be re-surveyed to meet these standards, such resurvey is the responsibility of the successful bidder at Sheriffs sale. Copies of the Conveyance Standards are available for inspection at the offices of the County Auditor and County Engineer.
