Situated in the City, County and State aforesaid and known as being Lot No. 14 in Fairlawn Allotment as the same is platted, numbered and recorded in Vol. 4, Page 16, Portage County Records of Plats.
PARCEL TWO:
Situated in the City, County and State aforesaid and known as being part of Lot No. 20, Ravenna City, and known as a parcel bounded by beginning at a point in a line parallel with the North line of said Lot No. 20 and running Easterly from a point in the West line of said Lot No. 20 and 378 feet distant therefrom, which West line of said lot is also the centerline of Freedom Street, 65 rods South of the Northwest corner of said Lot No. 20; thence Southerly parallel with the West line of said lot, 5 rods; thence Easterly parallel with the North line of said lot, 50 feet; thence Northerly parallel with the West line of said lot, 5 rods to a point; thence Westerly on a line 50 feet also the line parallel with the North line of said lot and 65 rods South therefrom to the place of beginning.

A deposit of 10% of your bid, cash or check, payable to the Portage County Sheriff is required at the time the bid is accepted. The balance of Purchase Price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date of sale.
The parcel described herein is subject to the Portage County Standards Governing the Conveyance of Real Property, effective July 1, 1998. If this parcel is required to be re-surveyed to meet these standards, such resurvey is the responsibility of the successful bidder at Sheriffs sale.
