Beginning at the Northeast corner of Lot No. 4 of the Daniel Sower's Addition; thence along the East line of Lot No. 4, South 0 33' West, a distance of 242.46 feet to the true place of beginning; thence continuing South 0 33' West, a distance of 61.94 feet to the Southeast corner of Lot No. 12; thence West along the South line of Lot No. 12 to the Southwest corner of Lot No. 12; thence North along the West line of Lot No. 12, a distance of 18 feet; thence North 77 59' East, a distance of 204.00 feet to the place of beginning, be the same more or less, but suject to all legal highways.
