In pursuance of an Order of Sale in the above entitled action, I will offer for sale at public auction, "on the 3rd Floor of the Courthouse, in the Hon. Joseph R. Kainrads Courtroom in Ravenna, in the above named County, on Monday, November 24, 2003, at 1:00 P.M., the following described real estate, situated in the County of Portage and the State of Ohio, and in the City of Ravenna to-wit:

Situated in the City of Ravenna, County of Portage and State of Ohio, and known as being all of Lot No. 11 of Daniel Sower's Addition to the City of Ravenna, and also part of Lot Nos. 12 and 13 of Daniel Sower's Addition to the City of Ravenna, as the same is platted, number and recorded in Volume 59, Page 459 of Portage County Deed Records, and being further described as follows:

Beginning at the Northeast corner of Lot No. 4 of the Daniel Sower's Addition; thence along the East line of Lot No. 4, South 0 33' West, a distance of 242.46 feet to the true place of beginning; thence continuing South 0 33' West, a distance of 61.94 feet to the Southeast corner of Lot No. 12; thence West along the South line of Lot No. 12 to the Southwest corner of Lot No. 12; thence North along the West line of Lot No. 12, a distance of 18 feet; thence North 77 59' East, a distance of 204.00 feet to the place of beginning, be the same more or less, but suject to all legal highways.

TERMS OF SALE: Cash.

A deposit of 10% of your bid, cash or check, payable to the Portage County Sheriff is required at the time the bid is accepted. The balance of Purchase Price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date of sale.

The parcel described herein is subject to the Portage County Standards Governing the Conveyance of Real Property, effective July 1, 1998. If this parcel is required to be re-surveyed to meet these standards, such resurvey is the responsibility of the successful bidder at Sheriffs sale. Copies of the Conveyance Standards are available for inspection at the offices of the County Auditor and County Engineer.
