Situated in the Township of Freedom, County of Portage and State of Ohio:
And known as being part of Lots 63 and 64 in said township and further described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the centerline of the Hudson Braceville Road, State Route 303, with the East line of Lot 63; thence South 0 deg. 47' West, passing over an iron pipe at 33.36 feet, 798.00 feet along the East line of Lots 63 and 64 to an iron pipe; thence North 89 deg. 13' West, 165.63 feet to an iron pipe; thence North 0 deg. 47' East, 602.25 feet to an iron pipe; thence North 9 deg. 15' East 218.00 feet to a point in said centerline, passing over an iron pipe 33.00 feet from said point; thence South 80 deg. 45' East, 135.00 feet along said centerline to the beginning and containing 3.000 acres of land, of which 1.459 acres are in Lot 63 and 1.541 acres are in Lot 64, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways, as surveyed by R. E. Stockman, Registered Surveyor 5134, May 15, 1974.
Said Premises Located at 6586 State Route 303, Freedom Twp, OH 44266.
Said Premises Appraised at $130,000.00 and cannot be sold for less than two-thirds of that amount.
TERMS OF SALE: Cash.
A deposit of 10% of your bid, cash or check, payable to the Portage County Sheriff is required at the time the bid is accepted. The balance of Purchase Price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date of sale.
The parcel described herein is subject to the Portage County Standards Governing the Conveyance of Real Property, effective July 1, 1998. If this parcel is required to be re-surveyed to meet these standards, such resurvey is the responsibility of the successful bidder at Sheriffs sale. Copies of the Conveyance Standards are available for inspection at the offices of the County Auditor and County Engineer.
