And known as being part of Lot 37 in said township and bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at an iron pipe found at the intersection of the Northwesterly corner of said Lot 37 and the centerline of T.H. 28, Eberly Road; thence S. 88 degrees 40' 00" E. along the Northerly line of said Lot 37 and the centerline of T.H. 28 a distance of 654.48 feet to a point at the Northeasterly corner of land now or formerly owned by B.E. & B. Greathouse, which marks the true place of beginning for the following described parcel of land; thence continuing S. 88 degrees 40' 00" E., along the Northerly line of Lot 37 and centerline of T.H. 28, a distance of 120.00 feet to a point; thence S. 01 degree 28' 00" W. (passing over an iron pipe set at 30.00 feet and passing over an iron pipe set at 1,177.43 feet), a distance of 1,452.00 feet to a point in the Northerly line of land now or formerly owned by H.L. & V. Laubert; thence N. 88 degrees 40' 00" W. along the Northerly line of said Laubert a distance of 120.00 feet to a point at the Southeasterly corner of the aforementioned Greathouse; thence N. 01 degree 28' 00" E. along the Easterly line of said Greathouse (passing over an iron pipe set at 274.57 feet and passing over an iron pipe found at 1,422.09 feet), a distance of 1,452.00 feet to the true place of beginning, containing 4.000 acres of land as surveyed by Albert Szuch, June 12, 1980, Registered Surveyor No. 5398.

Robert A. Smith, acquired title to said premises on May 15, 1995 in Volume 24, Page 824, Portage County Records.

Said Premises Appraised at $75,000.00 and cannot be sold for less than two-thirds of that amount.
TERMS OF SALE: Cash.
A deposit of 10% of your bid, cash or check, payable to the Portage County Sheriff is required at the time the bid is accepted. The balance of Purchase Price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date of sale.
The parcel described herein is subject to the Portage County Standards Governing the Conveyance of Real Property, effective July 1, 1998. If this parcel is required to be re-surveyed to meet these standards, such resurvey is the responsibility of the successful bidder at Sheriffs sale. Copies of the Conveyance Standards are available for inspection at the offices of the County Auditor and County Engineer.
