Known as being part of Lot 43 in the South Division of lots in said township of bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at an iron pipe in the West line of the Sandy Lake Road, now known as Lakewood Road, at the Southeast corner of land now formerly owned by Menough, now owned by E.R. or R.A. Reedy, and about 12.47 chains South of the North line of Lot 43 (which is a monument located in the center of SH 323, Ravenna-Kent S.R. 59, which is the West line of Old Sandy Lake-Blackhorse Road); thence North 88 degrees 41 minutes West 529.1 feet to an iron pipe; thence North 2 degrees 43 minutes East 100 feet to an iron pipe; thence South 88 degrees 42 minutes 527.41 feet to an iron pipe in the West line of the road; thence South 1 degree 45 minutes West 100 feet to the place of beginning, according to the survey by R.O. Whitacre, Registered Surveyor Number 416.

Said Premises Located at 6131 Lakewood Road, Ravenna, OH 44266.
Said Premises Appraised at $80,000.00 and cannot be sold for less than two-thirds of that amount.
TERMS OF SALE: Cash.
A deposit of 10% of your bid, cash or check, payable to the Portage County Sheriff is required at the time the bid is accepted. The balance of Purchase Price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date of sale.
The parcel described herein is subject to the Portage County Standards Governing the Conveyance of Real Property, effective July 1, 1998. If this parcel is required to be re-surveyed to meet these standards, such resurvey is the responsibility of the successful bidder at Sheriffs sale.
