In pursuance of an Order of Sale in the above entitled action, I will offer for sale at public auction, "on the 3rd Floor of the Courthouse, in the Hon. Joseph R. Kainrads Courtroom in Ravenna, in the above named County, on Monday, October 6, 2003, at 1:00 P.M., the following described real estate, situated in the County of Portage and the State of Ohio, and in the Village of Aurora to-wit:

Situated in the Village of Aurora, now City of Aurora, County of Portage and State of Ohio, and known as being part of Original Lot No. 17 in said township and more fully described as follows:

From an iron pin at the intersection of the centerlines of the Cleveland-Canton Road and the Twinsburg-Aurora Road (which iron pin is on the Southerly line of Original Lot No. 17, distant 2854.6 feet Easterly from the stone at the Southwest corner of said Original Lot No. 17), Northwesterly along the centerline of the Cleveland-Canton Road, 1061.90 feet to the place of beginning; thence North 89 deg. 18' West, 369.96 feet to an iron pin; thence South 09 deg. 55' East, 111.48 feet to an iron pin; thence South 89 deg. 18' East, 425.64 feet to said road centerline; thence Northwesterly along said road centerline, 133.44 feet to the place of beginning and containing 1 acre of land.

Situated in the City of Aurora, County of Portage and State of Ohio, formerly known as the Village of Aurora, County of Portage and State of Ohio:

Part of Original Lot 17, Aurora Township, described as beginning at a point distant from an arc of an iron pin at the intersection of the Cleveland-Canton Road and Twinsburg-Aurora Road (which iron pin is on the Southerly line of Original Lot No. 17, distance 2854.6 feet Easterly from a stone at the Southwest corner of said Original Lot No. 17), Northwesterly along centerline of Cleveland-Canton Road, 928.46 feet to the principal place of beginning; thence North 89 deg. 18' West, 425.64 feet to an iron pin; thence South 09 deg. 55' East, 100.29 feet to an iron pin; thence South 89 deg. 10' East, 476.34 feet to said road centerline; thence Northwesterly along said road centerline, 121.46 feet to the principal place of beginning and containing 1.026 acres of land.

TERMS OF SALE: Cash.

A deposit of 10% of your bid, cash or check, payable to the Portage County Sheriff is required at the time the bid is accepted. The balance of Purchase Price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date of sale.

The parcel described herein is subject to the Portage County Standards Governing the Conveyance of Real Property, effective July 1, 1998. If this parcel is required to be re-surveyed to meet these standards, such resurvey is the responsibility of the successful bidder at Sheriffs sale. Copies of the Conveyance Standards are available for inspection at the offices of the County Auditor and County Engineer.
