In pursuance of an Order of Sale in the above entitled action, I will offer for sale at public auction, "on the 3rd Floor of the Courthouse, in the Hon. Joseph R. Kainrads Courtroom in Ravenna, in the above named County, on Monday, September 22, 2003, at 1:00 P.M., the following described real estate, situated in the County of Portage and the State of Ohio, and in the Township of Freedom to-wit:

Located in Lot No. 5, Freedom Township, Portage County, Ohio, and bounded and described as follows:

Beginning at an iron pin marking the Southwest corner of Lot No. 5; thence North 0 deg. 08' West, along the West line of said Lot No. 5, passing over an iron pipe at 50.00 feet, a total distance of 468.83 feet to an iron pipe; thence South 88 deg. 20' East 150.00 feet to an iron pipe; thence South 0 deg. 08' East, passing over an iron pipe at 418.83 feet, a total distance of 468.83 feet to a point in the South line of said lot line and centerline of State Route 303; thence North 88 deg. 20' West, along said lot line and centerline, 150.00 feet to the place of beginning and containing 1.6136 acres of land as surveyed in August 1976 by Donald D. Harvey Registered Surveyor No. 4112. Be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

A deposit of 10% of your bid, cash or check, payable to the Portage County Sheriff is required at the time the bid is accepted. The balance of Purchase Price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date of sale.

The parcel described herein is subject to the Portage County Standards Governing the Conveyance of Real Property, effective July 1, 1998. If this parcel is required to be re-surveyed to meet these standards, such resurvey is the responsibility of the successful bidder at Sheriffs sale. Copies of the Conveyance Standards are available for inspection at the offices of the County Auditor and County Engineer.
