Beginning at the Southwest corner of Lot No. 57, said point being in the centerline of State Highway Route 225; thence along the centerline of said highway and the West line of Lot No. 57, North 4 deg. 12' East, a distance of 1506.18 feet to a point; thence continuing along said centerline and West line of Lot No. 57, North 4 deg. 00' East, a distance of 602.97 feet to a point which is 30 feet South of the Southwest corner of an 11.00 acre tract of land belonging to Mary Jones; thence across the lands of the Grantor, parallel to and 30 feet South of the South line of the Mary Jones 11.00 acres tract of land, South 86 deg. 00' East, a distance of 648.03 feet to a point; thence South 5 deg. 31' West, a distance of 2114.58 feet to a point on the South line of Lot No. 57; thence along said South line North 85 deg. 33' West, a distance of 597.35 feet to the place of beginning, containing 30.15 acres of land, more or less, subject to all legal highways.

Beginning the Southwest corner of said Lot 57, said beginning point being also in the centerline of State Highway 225 and running thence N. 4 deg. 12' East along said centerline, a distance of 30.00 feet; thence leaving said highway and running South 85 deg. 33' East across the lands of the Grantor and passing an iron pin at 100.00 feet a total distance of 598.04 feet to an iron pin which is on the West line of a 108.10 acre tract of land in the name of the State of Ohio; thence South 5 deg. 31' West along said West line, a distance of 30.00 feet to a point which is the Southwest corner of said 108.10 acre tract and is on the South line of said Lot 57; thence N. 85 deg. 33' West along said South lot line a distance of 597.35 feet to the place of beginning and containing 0.411 acres of land more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

Beginning at a point in the centerline of Alliance-Yale North Road (S.R. 225) said point being due South, a distance of 495.00 feet from the Northwest corner of said Lot 57; thence North 89 deg. 56' 40" East, along the South line of land now or formerly owned by Mary Jones, and passing over an iron point 40.00 feet, a distance of 475.60 feet to an iron pin; thence, due South, a distance of 200.00 feet to an iron pin; thence South 89 deg. 56' 40" West, and passing over an iron pin at 435.60 feet, a distance of 473.60 feet to a point on the centerline of said Alliance-Yale-North Road; thence due North, along said centerline of Alliance-Yale-North Road a distance of 200.00 feet to a point and the true place of beginning, and containing therein 2.184 acres of land as surveyed in August, 1976 by Jerry W. Daniel, Registered Surveyor #6222.

Commencing at the Northwesterly corner of Lot 57, said point also being the centerline of S. R. 225 (S. H. 76); thence South along the Westerly line of Lot 57 and the centerline of S.R. 225 (S.H. 76), a distance of 695.00 feet to a P.K. Nail set on said line, said point being the Southwesterly corner of land now or formerly owned by Ralph A. Jr. and Linda L. Dreher; thence South 89 deg. 57' East and along the Southerly property line of land now or formerly owned by Ralph A. Jr. and Linda L. Dreher, a distance of 475.60 feet to a point, said point being the Southeasterly corner of said property, said point also being the true place of beginning for this survey; thence North along the Easterly property line of land now or formerly owned by Ralph A. Jr. and Linda L. Dreher, a distance of 200.00 feet to a point on said line and the Southerly property line of land now or formerly owned by Mary Jones; thence South 89 deg. 57' East along the Southerly property line of land now or formerly owned by Mary Jones, a distance of 173.40 feet to an iron pin set on said line and the Westerly property line of the State of Ohio; thence South 1 deg. 34' West along the Westerly property line of the State of Ohio, a distance of 200.07 feet to an iron pin set on said line; thence North 89 deg. 57' West along a line running through the grantors property, a distance of 167.93 feet to the true place of beginning for the survey and containing 0.784 acres of land as surveyed in May 1978 by Floyd L. Commencing at the Northwesterly corner of Lot 57, said point being on the township line between Deerfield and Atwater Townships and said point also being the centerline of S.R. 225 (S.H. 76); thence South along the Westerly line of Lot 57 and the centerline of S.R. 225 (S.H. 76), a distance of 695.00 feet to a P.K. Nail set on said line, said point being the Southwesterly property corner of land now or formerly owned by Ralph A. Jr. and Linda L. Dreher, said point being the true place of beginning for this survey; thence South 89 deg. 57' East along the Southerly property line of land now or formerly owned by Ralph A. Jr. and Linda L. Dreher, and passing over an iron pin found 40.00 feet from the centerline of S.R. 225 (S.H. 76), a distance of 643.53 feet to an iron pin set on the Westerly property line of the State of Ohio; thence South 1 deg. 34' West along the Westerly property line of the State of Ohio, a distance of 600.22 feet to an iron pin set on said line; thence North 89 deg. 57' West along a line running through the grantors property, and passing over an iron pin set 40.00 feet from the centerline of S.R. 225 (S.H. 76) a distance of 627.75 feet to a point on said centerline; thence North 0 deg. 13' East along the centerline of S.R. 225 (S.H. 76), a distance of 166.45 feet to a monument box; thence North along the centerline of S. R. 225 ( S.H. 76), a distance of 433.55 feet to the true place of beginning for the survey and containing 8.752 acres of land as surveyed in May 1978 by Floyd L. Thomas and Samuel C. Janka, Reg. Surveyors No. 5461 and 5739 of the State of Ohio subject to all easements on record.
