Situated in the Township of Rootstown, County of Portage and State of Ohio:
And known as being a part of Lot 46 in said township, bounded and described as follows:
Commencing at the Southwest corner of said Lot #46; thence South 89 deg. 15' East 517.46 feet to a point; thence North 0 deg. 21' West along the center line of an undedicated road now known as T.H. 101 Homestead Road 40 feet in width, 1771.72 feet to an iron pin set in the center line of said road, and the true place of beginning for the land herein described; thence North 0 deg. 21' West still along said center road line, 399.63 feet to an iron pin set in said center line; thence South 89 deg. 51' East 545 feet to an iron pin; thence South 0 deg. 21' East 399.63 feet to an iron pin; thence North 89 deg. 51' West 545 feet to the place of beginning, reserving therefrom a strip of land 20 feet wide along the entire West side thereof for road purposes. Be the same more or less but subject to all legal highways.

TERMS OF SALE: Cash.
A deposit of 10% of your bid, cash or check, payable to the Portage County Sheriff is required at the time the bid is accepted. The balance of Purchase Price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date of sale.
The parcel described herein is subject to the Portage County Standards Governing the Conveyance of Real Property, effective July 1, 1998. If this parcel is required to be re-surveyed to meet these standards, such resurvey is the responsibility of the successful bidder at Sheriffs sale.
