And known as being part of Original Lot 9 of said Township, and also being a part of a parcel of land now or formerly owned by Kimberly S. Waterhouse per Official Record 217, Page 983 of the Portage County Records, and being more fully described as follows:
Beginning at a sled shoe found at the Southeast corner of Lot 9, said sled shoe also being at an angle point of the centerline of Meloy Road, TH-92 (60 feet wide); thence N. 89 degrees 15' 00" W., 1330.84 feet, along the centerline of Meloy Road and the South line of Lot 9, and passing over a railroad spike found at 665.80 feet, to a point, said point also being the point of intersection of the East right of way line of Powdermill Road, TH-98 (60 feet wide), projected South to the centerline of Meloy Road; thence N. 00 degrees 48' 19" E., 1135.63 feet, along the East right of way line of Powdermill Road, to a 5/8" rebar found with I.D. cap 7122 at the grantor's Southwest corner, said rebar also being the true point of beginning for the parcel of land herein described; thence continuing N. 00 degrees 48' 19" E., 250.00 feet along the East right of way line of Powdermill Road and the grantor's West line, to a 5/8" rebar set with I.D. cap 7122; thence S. 89 degrees 13' 53" E., 669.92 feet, through the grantor's parcel to a 5/8" rebar set with I.D. cap 7122 on the grantor's East line; thence S. 1 degree 00' 25" W., 250.00 feet, along the grantor's East line to a 5/8" rebar found with I.D. cap 7122 on the grantor's Southeast corner; thence N. 89 degrees 13' 53" W., 669.04 feet, along the grantor's South line, to the point of beginning and containing 3.842 acres of land, more or less, as surveyed by Dan Stankavich, Professional Surveyor No. 7122, on May 11, 1998

A deposit of 10% of your bid, cash or check, payable to the Portage County Sheriff is required at the time the bid is accepted. The balance of Purchase Price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date of sale.
The parcel described herein is subject to the Portage County Standards Governing the Conveyance of Real Property, effective July 1, 1998. If this parcel is required to be re-surveyed to meet these standards, such resurvey is the responsibility of the successful bidder at Sheriffs sale. Copies of the Conveyance Standards are available for inspection at the offices of the County Auditor and County Engineer.
