Situated in the Township of Deerfield, County of Portage and State of Ohio:
Beginning at an iron pin at the Northeast corner of Sublot No. 68 in the Hawthorne Allotment, as the same is platted and recorded in the Portage County Records of Plats Volume 7, Page 15; thence along the North line of said Lot Number 68, North 44 deg. 08' 07" West, a distance of 103.26 feet to an iron pin in the Northwest corner of Lot Number Sixty-nine (69); thence South 45 deg. 51' 53" West a distance of 75.0 feet to an iron pin; thence South 44 deg. 08' 07" East a distance of 129.50 feet to an iron pin; thence North 26 deg. 36' 29" East, a distance of 79.47 feet to the place of beginning and containing 0.30 acres, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.
