In pursuance of an Order of Sale in the above entitled action, I will offer for sale at public auction, "on the 3rd Floor of the Courthouse, in the Hon. Joseph R. Kainrads Courtroom in Ravenna, in the above named County, on Monday, July 21, 2003, at 1:00 P.M., the following described real estate, situated in the County of Portage and the State of Ohio, and in the Township of Deerfield to-wit:

Being all of Lot Nos. 66 and 67 in W.A. Hawthorne Allotment in Deerfield Township, Portage County, Ohio, and as recorded in Volume 7, Page 15, Portage County Records of Plats.

Situated in the Township of Deerfield, County of Portage and State of Ohio:

Beginning at an iron pin at the Northeast corner of Sublot No. 68 in the Hawthorne Allotment, as the same is platted and recorded in the Portage County Records of Plats Volume 7, Page 15; thence along the North line of said Lot Number 68, North 44 deg. 08' 07" West, a distance of 103.26 feet to an iron pin in the Northwest corner of Lot Number Sixty-nine (69); thence South 45 deg. 51' 53" West a distance of 75.0 feet to an iron pin; thence South 44 deg. 08' 07" East a distance of 129.50 feet to an iron pin; thence North 26 deg. 36' 29" East, a distance of 79.47 feet to the place of beginning and containing 0.30 acres, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

TERMS OF SALE: Cash.

A deposit of 10% of your bid, cash or check, payable to the Portage County Sheriff is required at the time the bid is accepted. The balance of Purchase Price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date of sale.

The parcel described herein is subject to the Portage County Standards Governing the Conveyance of Real Property, effective July 1, 1998. If this parcel is required to be re-surveyed to meet these standards, such resurvey is the responsibility of the successful bidder at Sheriffs sale. Copies of the Conveyance Standards are available for inspection at the offices of the County Auditor and County Engineer.
