Vanderbilt Mortgage and Finance, Inc., Plaintiff vs. Gayle Miller, et al., Defendants.

Gayle Miller, whose last place of residence is 6605 State Route 5, Lot #71, Ravenna, Ohio 44266 and 6605 State Route 5, Lot #77, Ravenna, Ohio 44266-8764, but whose present place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on January 31, 2017, Vanderbilt Mortgage and Finance, Inc. filed its Complaint for Recovery of Specific Personal Property in Case No. 2017 CV 00099 in the Court of Common Pleas, Portage County, Ohio, alleging that the Defendant, Gayle Miller, has or claims to have an interest in the real estate described below:

Property known as 2000 Fairmont Manufactured Home (16' x 80"), Model - ES Happy House; Serial No. MY00112684K

The legal description may be obtained from the Portage County Auditor at 449 S. Meridian St., 5th Floor, Portage County Administration Building, Ravenna, Ohio 44266. (330) 297-3561.


The Petitioner further alleges that by reason of default of the Defendant in the payment of a promissory note, according to its tenor, the conditions of a concurrent mortgage deed given to secure the payment of said note and conveying the premises described, have been broken, and the same has become absolute.

The Petitioner prays that the Defendant named above be required to answer and set up her interest in said real estate or be forever barred from asserting the same, for foreclosure of said mortgage, the marshaling of any liens, and the sale of said real estate, and the proceeds of said sale applied to the payment of Petitioner's claim in the proper order of its priority, and for such other and further relief as is just and equitable.

The Defendant named above is required to answer on or before October 12, 2017.
