Defendants, Frederick L. Berry and Jane Doe, Real Name Unknown, the Unknown Spouse, if any, of Frederick l. Berry, whose last known address is 1051 Brittingham Drive, Ravenna, OH 44266, John Doe, Real Name Unknown, the Unknown Spouse, if any, of Kimberly L. Tonkovich, whose last known address is 9947 Meldon Drive, Streetsboro, OH 44241, Kristina Leigh Berger and John Doe, Real Name Unknown, the Unknown Spouse, if any, of Kristina Leigh Berger, whose last known address is 3345 Fenmore Lane, Aurora, OH 44202 and John Doe and/or Jane Doe, Real Names Unknown, the Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Administrators, Executors and Assigns of Frederick L. Berry, whose Identities and Addresses are Unknown, will take notice that on February 13, 2018, The Huntington National Bank, Successor by Merger to the Huntington Mortgage Company, filed its Amended Complaint against them and others in the Common Pleas Court of Portage County, Ohio, being Case No. 2018 CV 00107, alleging that the Defendants, Frederick L. Berry and Jane Doe, Real Name Unknown, the Unknown Spouse, if any, of Frederick l. Berry, John Doe, Real Name Unknown, the Unknown Spouse, if any, of Kimberly L. Tonkovich, Kristina Leigh Berger and John Doe, Real Name Unknown, the Unknown Spouse, if any, of Kristina Leigh Berger and John Doe and/or Jane Doe, Real Names Unknown, the Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Administrators, Executors and Assigns of Frederick L. Berry, whose Identities and Addresses are Unknown, have or claim to have an interest in the real estate described below:
Premises commonly known as 1051 Brittingham Drive, Ravenna, Ohio 44266
Permanent Parcel Number: 31-304-20-00-060-000
The Plaintiff further alleges that by reason of default in the payment of the promissory note, according to its tenor, the conditions of a concurrent mortgage deed given to secure the payment of said note and conveying the premises described, have been broken and the same has become absolute.
The Plaintiff demands that the Defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said real estate or be forever barred from asserting the same, for foreclosure of said mortgage, the marshaling of any liens, and the sale of said real estate, and the proceeds of said sale applied to the payment of Plaintiff's claim in the proper order of its priority and for such other and further relief as is just and equitable.
Said above named Defendants will further take notice that they required to answer the Complaint on or before May 25, 2018.
