Donald M. O’Neal, 4749 Camden Road, Fayetteville, North Carolina 28306; and also 1217 Diamond Street, Ravenna, Ohio 44266; Rhonda Hubble, 807 Ren Road, Rosharon, Texas 77583; Sandra L. O’Neal, 4842 Scenic Drive, Ravenna, Ohio 44266; Shannon O’Neal, 753 Glenwood NE, Warren, Ohio 44483; and also 233 Bowman Drive, Kent, Ohio 44240; and Stephon McKinney, 753 Glenwood NE, Warren, Ohio 44483; and also 233 Bowman Drive, Kent, Ohio 44240; will take notice that on September 23, 2026, Joseph Bica, Portage County Treasurer, Plaintiff, filed a Complaint in the Common Pleas Court of Portage County, Ohio, being case number 2026 CV 00945 to foreclose the lien for land taxes, assessments, penalties, more specifically, on permanent parcel numbers 29-308-20-00-150-000 and 29-308-20-00-150-001. The lien represents delinquent real estate taxes, assessments, penalties, and interest on the following described real estate.
Vacant Land on Wall Street, Ravenna, Ohio 44266, and known as Division S Lot 44 and B & M Lot 14 and part of 15 and Vacant Land at 6246 Wall Street, Ravenna, Ohio, and known as Division S Lot 44 and B & M Lots 17, 16, and Part O

The defendants are hereby required to answer and set up any claim that they might have to said premises or be forever barred, that the Plaintiff be found to have a first and best lien on the said premises for the amount so owing.
Said above named Defendants will further take notice that they are required to answer the Complaint on or before the 17th day of November 2026.
