Defendant(s), Ragan M Lacy And John Doe, the Unknown Spouse of Ragan M. Lacy, whose last known address is 508 N Mantua St, Kent, OH 44240, will take notice that on July 23, 2026, FIG 20, LLC FBO SEC PTY, filed its Answer & Crossclaim in Case Number 2024CV00463, Portage County, Ohio, alleging that the defendant(s), Ragan M Lacy And John Doe, the Unknown Spouse of Ragan M. Lacy, have or claim to have an interest in the real estate described below:
Situated in the City of Kent, County of Portage and State of Ohio: Being part of Lot No. 30 in said City and bounded and described as follows: Beginning at a 1" iron bar found in a monument box at the intersection of the centerlines of Rockwell Street and North Mantua Street; thence N. 22° 00' 52" E. along the centerline of North Mantua Street a distance of 91.37 feet to a point; thence N. 72° 16' 00" W. a distance of 33.09 feet to a point in the west line of North Mantua Street, at the northeast corner of land now or formerly owned by J.K. II and S.E. Lacy (Inst. 2004-29134), which marks the true place of beginning for the following described parcel of land; thence N. 22°00' 52" E. along the west line of Mantua Street a distance of 75.00 feet to a 1/2" iron rod set at the southeast corner of land now or formerly owned by B. or J. or R. Kuhar (Vol. 1155, Pg. 962); thence N. 66° 54' 15" W. along the south line of said Kuhar a distance of 119.71 feet to a 3/4" iron pipe found in the east line of land now or formerly owned by R.J. III or H.M. Vonstein (Inst. 2004-15864); thence S. 21° 07' 23" W. along Vonstein's said east line and east line of land now or formerly owned by V. Jordan (Vol. 1116, Page 676) a distance of 86.13 feet to a 3/4" iron pipe found at the northwest corner of the aforementioned Lacy; thence S. 72° 16' 00" E. along the north line of Lacy (passing over a 1" iron pipe found at 118.17 feet) a distance of 118.68 feet to the true place of beginning, containing 0.2202 acres of land, more or less, as surveyed and described November 1, 2005 Rob A. Szuch, Registered Professional Surveyor No. 7288.

Parcel No.: 17-030-20-00-143-000.
The Plaintiff further alleges that by reason of default in the payment of the promissory note, according to its tenor, the conditions of a concurrent mortgage deed given to secure the payment of said note and conveying the premises described, have been broken and the same has become absolute.
The Plaintiff demands that the Defendant(s) named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said real estate or be forever barred from asserting the same, for foreclosure of said mortgage, the marshaling of any liens, and the sale of said real estate, and the proceeds of said sale applied to the payment of Plaintiff's claim in the proper order of its priority and for such other and further relief as is just and equitable.
Said above named Defendant(s) will further take notice that they are required to answer the Complaint on or before October 16, 2026.
