LEGAL NOTICE
In the Court of Common Pleas, 203 West Main Street, Ravenna, Portage County, Ohio.
Case No. 2026 CV 00752.
Joseph Bica, Portage County Treasurer, Plaintiff vs. Edward A. French, et al., Defendants.
Edward A. French, 24319 Emery Road, Cleveland, Ohio 44128, and Richard A. Lawrence, 24319 Emery Road Cleveland, Ohio 44128 and 3708 Parkhill Circle NW, Canton, Ohio 44718; will take notice that on July 31, 2026, Joseph Bica, Portage County Treasurer, Plaintiff, filed a Complaint in the Common Pleas Court of Portage County, Ohio, being case number 2026 CV 00752 to foreclose the lien for land taxes, assessments, penalties, more specifically, on permanent parcel number 05-054-00-00-089-000. The lien represents delinquent real estate taxes, assessments, penalties, and interest on the following described real estate.
Located on Brave Chief Lane, Ravenna, Charlestown Township, Ohio 44266; Known as Ranch Club Estates Part 4, Lot 16

The defendants are hereby required to answer and set up any claim that they might have to said premises or be forever barred, that the Plaintiff be found to have a first and best lien on the said premises for the amount so owing.
Said above named Defendants will further take notice that they are required to answer the Complaint on or before the 22nd day of September 2026.
