LEGAL NOTICE
In the Court of Common Pleas, 203 West Main Street, Ravenna, Portage County, Ohio.
Case No. 2026 CV 00749.
Joseph Bica, Portage County Treasurer, Plaintiff vs. Catherine A. Orjavsky, et al., Defendants.
Catherine A. Orjavsky, 4104 McCarney Road, Lowellville, Ohio 44436, and 247 N. Center Street, Youngstown, Ohio 44506; and Unknown Spouse, If Any, Of Catherine A. Orjavsky, address unknown; will take notice that on July 30, 2026, Joseph Bica, Portage County Treasurer, Plaintiff, filed a Complaint in the Common Pleas Court of Portage County, Ohio, being case number 2026 CV 00749 to foreclose the lien for land taxes, assessments, penalties, more specifically, on permanent parcel number 05-054-00-00-013-000. The lien represents delinquent real estate taxes, assessments, penalties, and interest on the following described real estate.
Located on Garrett Road, Ravenna, Charlestown Township, Ohio 44266; Known as Ranch Club Estates Part 4, Lot 13

The defendants are hereby required to answer and set up any claim that they might have to said premises or be forever barred, that the Plaintiff be found to have a first and best lien on the said premises for the amount so owing.
Said above named Defendants will further take notice that they are required to answer the Complaint on or before the 22nd day of September 2026.
