In pursuance of an Execution issued from the Clerk’s Office of the PORTAGE COUNTY RAVENNA MUNICIPAL - CIVIL of Portage County, Ohio on the 29TH DAY OF JUNE 2026, and to me directed in the case above named I will expose to Sale at Public Auction, on the premises of the 6540 RICKY LANE RAVENNA, OH 44266 in the TOWNSHIP of RAVENNA, County of Portage, State of Ohio, on 08/25/2026 @ 11:00 am of said day the following Goods and Chattels, to wit:

A second sale date will be held on 09/01/2026 @ 11:00 am, if the home does not sell on 08/25/2026. The second sale will be held at the 6540 RICKY LANE RAVENNA, OH 44266 in the TOWNSHIP of RAVENNA, County of Portage, State of Ohio.
Terms of Sale: Cash Only, said goods and chattels were appraised at THIRTY FOUR THOUSAND DOLLARS AND NO CENTS, $34,000.00 and cannot be sold for less than two thirds that amount which is TWENTY TWO THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED SIXTY SEVEN DOLLARS AND NO CENTS. Storage of the home at the MAPLE DEL MANOR must be arranged with the plaintiff, MAPLE DEL MANOR prior to the Sheriff’s Sale.
