A second sale date will be held on 09/10/2026 @ 11:00 am, if the home does not sell on 09/03/2026. The second sale will be held at the 1915 OH-59 LOT 07 KENT, OH 44240 in the CITY of KENT, County of Portage, State of Ohio.

Terms of Sale: Cash Only, said goods and chattels were appraised at FOUR THOUSAND DOLLARS AND NO CENTS, $4,000.00 and cannot be sold for less than two thirds that amount which is TWO THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED SIXTY SEVEN DOLLARS AND NO CENTS. Storage of the home at the WHISPERING PINES MHC LLC must be arranged with the plaintiff, WHISPERING PINES MHC LLC prior to the Sheriff’s Sale.
