Just Cricket Condominium Association, Inc., Plaintiff vs. Linda M. Clark aka Linda Clark, et al., Defendants.

Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Executors, Administrators, Spouses and Assigns and the Unknown Guardians of Minor and/or Incompetent heirs of Linda M. Clark aka Linda Clark, whose last known addresses are unknown, will take notice that on September 2, 2025, Just Cricket Condominium Association, Inc. filed its Amended Complaint for Foreclosure in the Court of Common Pleas of Portage County, Ohio, alleging that there is due Plaintiff the sum of $6,283.70 in unpaid condominium maintenance fees and assessments plus subsequent unpaid fees, costs, and attorney fees, as owners of the property known as 48 Tudor Lane, Kent, OH 44240, being permanent parcel # 04-036-00-00-007-011, and further described as being:

Situated in the Township of Brimfield, County of Portage and Sate of Ohio and known as: Being Building 4 Unit Number C together with the undivided interest in the Common Areas and Facilities pertaining thereto, in Just Cricket Condominium of Part of Original Brimfield Township Lot Number 36, as established by the Declaration and By- Laws for said Condominium recorded in Volume 992, Pages 615 et seq., and by the drawings recorded in Plat Book 29, Page 18, as amended of record, all of Portage County Records.

Plaintiff prays that the defendants named above be required to answer and set forth their interest in said real estate or be forever barred from asserting the same, for foreclosure of plaintiff's condominium lien, marshalling of liens, and sale of said real estate, and the proceeds of said sale applied to the payment of plaintiff's claim in the proper order of its priority, and for such other relief as is just and equitable.

The defendants are required to answer within 28 days after last publication which shall be published once a week for three consecutive weeks.
