Defendant(s), Jane Doe, Real Name Unknown, The Unknown Spouse, If any, of Peter Sicuro, whose last known address is 239 Oakgrove Street, Ravenna, OH 44266 And John Doe and/or Jane Doe, Real Names Unknown, The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Administrators, Executors and Assigns of Luann Sicuro, whose Identities and ddress(es) are Unknown, will take notice that on April 28, 2026, The Huntington National Bank Successor by Merger to Sky Bank Successor by Merger to The Second National Bank of Warren, filed its Complaint in Case Number 2026CV00413, Portage County, Ohio, alleging that the defendant(s), Jane Doe, Real Name Unknown, The Unknown Spouse, If any, of Peter Sicuro And John Doe and/or Jane Doe, Real Names Unknown, The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Administrators, Executors and Assigns of Luann Sicuro, have or claim to have an interest in the real estate described below:

Premises commonly known as: 239 Oakgrove St, Ravenna, OH 44266

Parcel No.: 31-305-20-00-104-000.

The Plaintiff further alleges that by reason of default in the payment of the promissory note, according to its tenor, the conditions of a concurrent mortgage deed given to secure the payment of said note and conveying the premises described, have been broken and the same has become absolute.

The Plaintiff demands that the Defendant(s) named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said real estate or be forever barred from asserting the same, for foreclosure of said mortgage, the marshaling of any liens, and the sale of said real estate, and the proceeds of said sale applied to the payment of Plaintiff's claim in the proper order of its priority and for such other and further relief as is just and equitable.

Said above named Defendant(s) will further take notice that they are required to answer the Complaint on or before July 21, 2026.
