In pursuance of an Execution issued from the Clerk’s Office of the PORTAGE COUNTY MUNICIPAL COURT - CIVIL RAVENNA of Portage County, Ohio on the 1ST DAY OF APRIL 2026, and to me directed in the case above named I will expose to Sale at Public Auction, on the premises of the 5141 NEWTON FALLS RD LOT 27 RAVENNA, OH 44266 in the TOWNSHIP of RAVENNA, County of Portage, State of Ohio, on 05/19/2026 @ 12:00 pm of said day the following Goods and Chattels, to wit:

A second sale date will be held on 05/26/2026 @ 12:00 pm, if the home does not sell on 05/19/2026. The second sale will be held at the 5141 NEWTON FALLS RD LOT 27 RAVENNA, OH 44266 in the TOWNSHIP of RAVENNA, County of Portage, State of Ohio.
Terms of Sale: Cash Only, said goods and chattels were appraised at TWENTY THOUSAND DOLLARS AND NO CENTS, $20,000.00 and cannot be sold for less than two thirds that amount which is THIRTEEN THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED THIRTY FOUR DOLLARS AND NO CENTS. Storage of the home at the FAIR ACRES MHC LLC must be arranged with the plaintiff, FAIR ACRES MHC LLC prior to the Sheriff’s Sale.
Taken as the property of JAMES ENGLAND et al to satisfy an Execution in the favor of FAIR ACRES MHC LLC.
