Terms of Sale: Cash Only, said goods and chattels were appraised at FIFTEEN THOUSAND DOLLARS AND NO CENTS, $15,000.00 and cannot be sold for less than two thirds that amount which is TEN THOUSAND DOLLARS AND NO CENTS. Storage of the home at the WEST PARK MHC LLC must be arranged with the plaintiff, WEST PARK MHC LLC prior to the Sheriff’s Sale.
