Terms of Sale: Cash Only, said goods and chattels were appraised at SIX THOUSAND DOLLAR AND NO CENTS, $6,000.00 and cannot be sold for less than two thirds that amount which is FOUR THOUSAND DOLLARS AND NO CENTS. Storage of the home at the PINE GATE MHC LLC must be arranged with the plaintiff, PINE GATE MHC LLC prior to the Sheriff’s Sale.
