In the Court of Common Pleas, 203 West Main Street, Ravenna, Portage County, Ohio.
Case No. 2026 CV 00288.
Joseph Bica, Portage County Treasurer, Plaintiff vs. Donald Garrett, et al., Defendants.
Donald Garrett, 6568 Crescent Lane, Kent, Ohio 44240, and Norma Garrett, 6568 Crescent Lane, Kent, Ohio 44240 will take notice that on March 24, 2026, Joseph Bica, Portage County Treasurer, Plaintiff, filed a Complaint in the Common Pleas Court of Portage County, Ohio, being case number 2026 CV 00288 to foreclose the lien for land taxes, assessments, penalties, more specifically, on permanent parcel number 12-038-20-00-001-013. The lien represents delinquent real estate taxes, assessments, penalties, and interest on the following described real estate.

The defendants are hereby required to answer and set up any claim that they might have to said premises or be forever barred, that the Plaintiff be found to have a first and best lien on the said premises for the amount so owing.
