Mims, et al., Case No. 2025CV00540, in the Court of Common Pleas of Portage County, Ohio, 203 W. Main St., Ravenna, OH 44266, seeking foreclosure and alleging that the Defendant(s) Leron A. Mims and Unknown Spouse, if any, of Leron A. Mims are unknown to the Plaintiff and have or may claim to have an interest in the real estate located at 6444 Genevieve Street, Ravenna, OH 44266 and known as Parcel Number 29-344-20-00-046-000. A complete legal description of the property may be obtained from the Portage County Auditor’s Office, located at 449 S. Meridian St., Ravenna, OH 44266.

You are required to answer the publication within 28 days after the last publication of this Notice, which will be published once per week for three consecutive weeks, and the last publication will be made on April 10, 2026.

In the case of your failure to answer or respond as permitted by the Ohio Civil Rules within the time stated, a judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
