Terms of Sale: Cash Only, said goods and chattels were appraised at TEN THOUSAND DOLLARS AND NO CENTS , $10,000.00 and cannot be sold for less than two thirds that amount which is $6,667.00. Storage of the home at the WHISPERING PINES must be arranged with the plaintiff, WHISPERING PINES MHC LLC prior to the Sheriff’s Sale.
