In pursuance of an Execution issued from the Clerk’s Office of the PORTAGE COUNTY KENT MUNICIPAL - CIVIL of Portage County, Ohio on the 29TH DAY OF OCTOBER 2025, and to me directed in the case above named I will expose to Sale at Public Auction, on the premises of the 1915 OH 59 LOT 12 KENT, OH 44240 in the CITY of KENT, County of Portage, State of Ohio, on 03/09/2026 @ 1:30 am of said day the following Goods and Chattels, to wit:

A second sale date will be held on 03/16/2026 @ 1:30 am, if the home does not sell on 03/09/2026. The second sale will be held at the 1915 OH 59 LOT 12 KENT, OH 44240 in the CITY of KENT, County of Portage, State of Ohio.
Terms of Sale: Cash Only, said goods and chattels were appraised at FOUR THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS AND NO CENTS , $4,500.00 and cannot be sold for less than two thirds that amount which is THREE THOUSAND DOLLARS AND NO CENTS . Storage of the home at the WHISPERING PINES must be arranged with the plaintiff, WHISPERING PINES MHC LLC prior to the Sheriff’s Sale.
