Philip D. Norman, Unknown Spouse, If Any, Of Philip D. Norman, Karen S. Kropp, Formerly Known As Karen S. Norman, Sierra Buckeye LLC, State of Ohio Department of Taxation, Alliance Community Hospital, Audrey I. Murray, Also Known As Audrey I. Norman, and the Unknown Spouse, If Any, Of Audrey I. Murray, Also Known As Audrey I. Norman, whose addresses cannot with the exercise of reasonable diligence be ascertained, and upon whom service of summons cannot be had in the State of Ohio, will take notice that on January 5, 2026, John Kennedy, Portage County Treasurer, Plaintiff, filed a Complaint in the Common Pleas Court of Portage County, Ohio, being case number 2026 CV 00007 to foreclose the lien for land taxes and the lien for manufactured home taxes, as well as assessments, and penalties on each, more specifically, on permanent parcel number: 01-036-00-00-002-000 and a 1964 Active manufactured home. These liens represent delinquent real estate taxes, assessments, penalties, and interest on the following described real estate and delinquent manufactured home taxes, assessments, penalties, and interest on the following described manufactured home:
