In the Court of Common Pleas, 203 West Main Street, Ravenna, Portage County, Ohio.
Case No. 2025 CV 00991.
Joseph Bica, Portage County Treasurer, Plaintiff vs. Shirley O’Donnell, et al., Defendants.
Shirley O’Donnell; the Unknown Spouse, If Any, of Shirley O’Donnell; Loretta Davenport; the Unknown Spouse, If Any, of Loretta Davenport; Mattie Cooksey, the Unknown Spouse, If Any, of Mattie Cooksey; Yvonne D. Dillworth; the Unknown Spouse, If Any, of Yvonne D. Dillworth; Kenneth G. Powell; the Unknown Spouse, If Any, of Kenneth G. Powell; Gregory D. Powell; the Unknown Spouse, If Any, of Gregory D. Powell; Henry Lee Powell; the Unknown Spouse, If Any, of Henry Lee Powell; and LVNV Funding LLC; whose addresses cannot with the exercise of reasonable diligence be ascertained, and upon whom service of summons cannot be had in the State of Ohio, will take notice that on November 14, 2025, Joseph Bica, Portage County Treasurer, Plaintiff, filed a Complaint in the Common Pleas Court of Portage County, Ohio, being case number 2025 CV 00991 to foreclose the lien for land taxes, assessments, penalties, more specifically, on permanent parcel numbers 29-312-12-00-006-000 and 29-312-12-00-007-000. The lien represents delinquent real estate taxes, assessments, penalties, and interest on the following described real estate.
Located on vacant land at 6584 Cleveland Road, Ravenna, Ohio 44266, Ravenna Township

The defendants are hereby required to answer and set up any claim that they might have to said premises or be forever barred, that the Plaintiff be found to have a first and best lien on the said premises for the amount so owing.
Said above named Defendants will further take notice that they are required to answer the Complaint on or before the 6th day of January 2026.
