LEGAL NOTICE
In the Court of Common Pleas, 203 West Main Street, Ravenna, Portage County, Ohio.
Case No. 2025 CV 00265.
John Kennedy, Portage County Treasurer, Plaintiff vs. Robert L. Woodall, et al., Defendants.
Robert L. Woodall; Trina Woodall; Unknown Spouse, If Any, Of Robert L. Woodall; Unknown Spouse, If Any, Of Trina Woodall; and the Unknown Tenants, Unknown Occupants, and/or Unknown Parties In Possession Under Any Claim, whose addresses cannot with the exercise of reasonable diligence be ascertained, and upon whom service of summons cannot be had in the State of Ohio, will take notice that on April 2, 2025, John Kennedy, Portage County Treasurer, Plaintiff, filed a Complaint in the Common Pleas Court of Portage County, Ohio, being case number 2025 CV 00265 to foreclose the lien for land taxes, assessments, penalties, more specifically, on permanent parcels 32-020-12-00-108-000, 32-020-12-00-109-000, 32-020-12-00-110-000, and 32-020-12-00-111-000. The lien represents delinquent real estate taxes, assessments, penalties, and interest on the following described real estate:
Located at 4162 Wilson Road, and Wilson Road, Ravenna, Ohio 44266; Rootstown Township

The defendants are hereby required to answer and set up any claim that they might have to said premises or be forever barred, that the Plaintiff be found to have a first and best lien on the said premises for the amount so owing.
Said above named Defendants will further take notice that they are required to answer the Complaint on or before the 22nd day of May 2025.
