Manufactured Home 2003 Schultz, Serial Number ACG320025 AB, Auditor's Account Number 10762, located at 8929 Falcon Drive, Streetsboro, Ohio 44241;

Amount of Judgment (1) for Manufactured Home Taxes: $15,319.66; (2) for Court Costs 596.50; "Minimum Bid" is $15,916.16.

Name of last known owner: Lori A. Konik

All of the above property being subject to restrictions, covenants, limitations, conditions, easements, and rights of way of record, running with the land.

Whereas, such Judgment orders such real property to be sold together by the undersigned to satisfy the total amount of the Judgment;

Now, therefore, public notice is hereby given that I, Bruce D. Zuchowski, Sheriff of Portage County, Ohio, will sell the manufactured home, at public auction, for cash, to the highest bidder of an amount that equals at least $15,916.16, at the Portage County Justice Center, 8240 Infirmary Road, Ravenna, Ohio 44266 on 24th day of March, 2025 at 11:00 am. If the manufactured home does not receive a sufficient bid, it shall be offered for sale, under the same terms and conditions as the first sale and at the same time of day and at the same place, on the 7th day of April 2025, for an amount that equals at least $15,916.16.

A deposit of 10% of your bid is required from third party purchasers at the time of sale. Conveyance and Recording Fees are required from all bidders at the time of sale. The entire balance of the purchase price shall be paid within thirty (30) days of the filing of the Confirmation of Sale, to the Portage County Sheriff.
