Lindsay aka Jean Lindsay, whose Identities and Address(es) are Unknown, will take notice that on October 15, 2024, The Huntington National Bank, Successor by Merger to TCF National Bank, Successor by Merger to Chemical Bank, Successor by Merger to Talmer and Trust, Successor by Merger to First Place Bank National Bank, filed its Complaint in Case Number 2024CV00798, Portage County, Ohio, alleging that the defendant(s), John Doe and/or Jane Doe, Real Name(s) Unknown, The Unknown Successor Trustee(s) of The Lindsay Family Trust, dated August 30, 1991 and Amended May 19, 1999, John Doe, Real Name Unknown, The Unknown Spouse, If any, of Mary Gulla And John Doe and/or Jane Doe, Real Names Unknown, The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Administrators, Executors and Assigns of Jean E. Lindsay aka Jean Lindsay, have or claim to have an interest in the real estate described below:
Premises commonly known as Premises commonly known as: 11316 Nicholson Road, Garrettsville, OH 44231
Parcel No (s).: 25-048-00-00-005-001 And 25-048-00-00-005-003.
The Plaintiff further alleges that by reason of default in the payment of the promissory note, according to its tenor, the conditions of a concurrent mortgage deed given to secure the payment of said note and conveying the premises described, have been broken and the same has become absolute.
The Plaintiff demands that the Defendant(s) named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said real estate or be forever barred from asserting the same, for foreclosure of said mortgage, the marshaling of any liens, and the sale of said real estate, and the proceeds of said sale applied to the payment of Plaintiff's claim in the proper order of its priority and for such other and further relief as is just and equitable.
Said above named Defendant(s) will further take notice that they are required to answer the Complaint on or before January 6, 2025.
