Defendant(s), Jane Doe, Real Name Unknown, the Unknown Spouse, if any, of Thomas South Jr, whose last known address is 4879 Broadway St, Ravenna, OH 44266 And John Doe, Real Name Unknown, the Unknown Spouse, if any, of Elaine Tackett, who holds a Dower interest and whose last known address is 3221 Mogadore Rd, Tallmadge, OH 44278, will take notice that on July 24, 2024, FIG OH20, LLC FBO SEC PTY, filed its Complaint in Case Number 2024CV00574, Portage County, Ohio, alleging that the defendant(s), Jane Doe, Real Name Unknown, the Unknown Spouse, if any, of Thomas South Jr, And John Doe, Real Name Unknown, the Unknown Spouse, if any, of Elaine Tackett, who holds a Dower interest, have or claim to have an interest in the real estate described below:

Situated in the Township of Rootstown, County of Portage and State of Ohio: And known as being all of Lots 11 (Eleven), 12 (Twelve), Thirteen (13) and 14 (Fourteen), Block A, and Lot 36 (Thirty Six), Block A, of the Ravenna Building Company's Allotment, Section 1, large Lot 20, Rootstown Township, as the same is platted in Plat Book 4, Page 14 of the Portage County Records, to which reference is here made for more complete description.

Situated in the Township of Rootstown, County of Portage and State of Ohio, And known as being Lot Nos. 9 (Nine) and 10 (Ten), Block A of the Ravenna Building Company's Allotment, Section 1 in large Lot No. 20 of Rootstown Township, Portage County, Ohio, as platted, numbered and recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 14, Portage County Records. See Volume 588, Page 247 for Deed Reference Portage County Records of Deeds.
Permanent Parcel No(s).:32-020-11-00-008-00032-020-11-00-009-000A parcel of land consisting of six (6) lots commonly known as: 4879 Broadway Street, Rootstown Township, OH 44266
Premises commonly known as: 4879 Broadway St and V/Ls, Rootstown Twp, OH 44266
Parcel No(s) : 32-020-11-00-008-000, 32-020-11-00-009-000, 32-020-11-00-010-000,
32-020-11-00-011-000, 32-020-11-00-012-000, and 32-020-11-00-013-000.
The Plaintiff further alleges that by reason of default in the payment of the promissory note, according to its tenor, the conditions of a concurrent mortgage deed given to secure the payment of said note and conveying the premises described, have been broken and the same has become absolute.
The Plaintiff demands that the Defendant(s) named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said real estate or be forever barred from asserting the same, for foreclosure of said mortgage, the marshaling of any liens, and the sale of said real estate, and the proceeds of said sale applied to the payment of Plaintiff's claim in the proper order of its priority and for such other and further relief as is just and equitable.
Said above named Defendant(s) will further take notice that they are required to answer the Complaint on or before October 15, 2024.
