In pursuance of an Execution issued from the Clerk’s Office of the PORTAGE COUNTY RAVENNA MUNICIPAL - CIVIL of Portage County, Ohio on the 4TH DAY OF JUNE 2024, and to me directed in the case above named I will expose to Sale at Public Auction, on the premises of the 1054 SAGRAMORE, STREETSBORO, OH 44241 in the CITY of STREETSBORO, County of Portage, State of Ohio, on 07/22/2024 @ 9:00 am of said day the following Goods and Chattels, to wit:

A second sale date will be held on 07/29/2024 @ 9:00 am, if the home does not sell on 07/22/2024. The second sale will be held at the 1054 SAGRAMORE, STREETSBORO, OH 44241 in the CITY of STREETSBORO, County of Portage, State of Ohio.
Terms of Sale: Cash Only, said goods and chattels were appraised at THIRTY SEVEN THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS AND NO/CENTS, $37,500.00 and cannot be sold for less than two thirds that amount which is TWENTY FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS AND NO/CENTS. Storage of the home at the CAMELOT MHC LLC must be arranged with the plaintiff, CAMELOT MHC LLC prior to the Sheriff’s Sale.
Taken as the property of MARY REESE to satisfy an Execution in the favor of CAMELOT MHC LLC.
