Valerie R. O’Neil, Unknown Spouse, if any, of Valerie R. O’Neil, Unknown Tenants, Unknown Occupants, and Unknown Parties Under Any Claim, KeyBank National Association, Portage County Commissioners c/o Portage Area Development Corporation, ACME Federal Credit Union, Nationwide General Insurance Company whose addresses cannot with the exercise of reasonable diligence be ascertained, and upon whom service of summons cannot be had in the State of Ohio, will take notice that on April 3, 2024, John Kennedy, Portage County Treasurer, Plaintiff, filed a Complaint in the Common Pleas Court of Portage County, Ohio, being case number 2024 CV 00267 to foreclose the lien for land taxes, assessments, penalties, more specifically, on permanent parcels 29-311-20-00-180-000, 29-311-20-00-185-000, 29-311-20-00-186-000, and 29-311-20-00-187-000. These liens represent delinquent real estate taxes, assessments, penalties, and interest on the following described real estate:
